Flexwrap is a thermoplastic protective sheath. Characterized by great lightness, it is the ideal solution to wrap pipes or cables to protect them from bumps and general rubbing, improving their appearance.
It can be produced in different types of thermoplastic materials depending on the operating temperature and applications:
- Polyamide 12- For applications from -40°C to +100°C (from -40°F to +212°F);
- Polyamide 6. For applications from -20°C to +120°C (from -4°F to +248°F);
- Low density polyethylene. For applications from -60°C to +60°C (from -76°F to +140°F);
Standard section of Flexwrap:
The internal diameter of the product (I.D.) ranges from 3 to 25 mm (1/4″ to 1″). Pitch (P), thickness and internal diameter (I.D.) may vary according to customer specifications.
