FLEXWRAP, “LIGHT” THERMOPLASTIC SPIRAL WRAP

FLEXWRAP is a thermoplastic, light, flat protective wrap. Used to bundle cables or tubes.
FLEXWRAP offers general protection against external shock. Easy to handle, it helps save space in the general layout of the machine.

FLEXWRAP is particularly indicated in the electronic industry, as cable or wire protection or where the thickness of the protection has to be dramatically reduced.
FLEXWRAP is available in dimension from 3 mm to 25 mm (1/8” to 1”) in the following versions:

• Polyamid 12 for applications from -40°C to +100°C (from -40°F to +212°F)
• Polyamid 6 for applications from -20°C to +120°C (from -4°F to +248°F)
• Low density polyethylene for applications from -60°C to +60°C (from -76°F to +140°F).

FLEXWRAP is manufactured in black colour, but on request it can be made in any colour.

FLEXWRAP is only manufactured on technical specifications given by the customer:

Standard section:

Inside diameter (I.D.): from 3 to 25 mm (1/8” to 1”).

Pitch, thickness and inside diameter will be according to customer’s specifications.
